Parents and toddlers fun filled activities in a safe
environment. A great place to spend a fun afternoon
with your children! We have a vast range of indoor
and outdoor activities including sand and water
play, inflatables, ride-on toys, craft, slides, soft
play area, home corner, ball pond, baby area and
more. There is also an area designated to children
with special needs. Sing with the puppets and meet
PJ, Lizzie and friends for our finale stage show
each day. Sign up for extra activities each day for
just £1 including face painting, parachute games,
music and movement, baby massage, toddler sensory,
toddler soccer.
NOTE:
buggies are to be left outside the venue at your
risk. A buggy park is provided.

Over 60s
The Freedom zone offers a relaxed atmosphere each
weekday afternoon for the over 60s. There is tea,
cake and other refreshments, plus 'keep fit' and
entertainment from professional singers, community
singing and other “acts”. We play games too, with
prizes to be won every day and there is the
opportunity to have manicures, hand massages and
other treats most afternoons. Come with others or on
your own to meet new friends over afternoon tea.
There is extra space for wheelchair users. |

Kids
Clubs

5 to
7 yrs - HQ FIZZ
Learning and growing with teamwork and
entertainment. A great combination of arts, crafts,
storytelling, songs and games for children
aged 5 - 7. Children work in small groups and our
experienced leaders make sure they have fun in a
safe environment and help them learn valuable
lessons about friendship, choices, love and
forgiveness.

8 to
11 yrs - HQ BUZZ
Children
can participate in games, drama, songs and group
discussions about important life issues. They will
be encouraged to find new friends, make good choices
and work together in exciting games. Guests
including Lenny the Lion will help us and, with our
own story-teller on hand, it's a great ten days. |

Youth
Venue

Loads to do every weekday afternoon: dance
workshops, different crafts (like t-shirt printing
and bag making), sports, music workshops (make your
own music in our mini studio), tournaments, pool and
access to the youth buses (with big screen movies
and PS3) plus sports cage!

And, in
the evening, come and hang out in the Youth Zone.
Watch a movie, play football or basketball,
challenge your mates to pool or giant jenga. If
you’re hungry, sample toasties, smoothies,
milkshakes and non-alcoholic cocktails at the bar.
With comfy sofas to lounge in; it’s the best place
to be on those long summer nights!

Lark in the Park has a policy of inclusion and is
for the whole ommunity. To encourage children with
additional needs to take part, the Lion’s Den offers
a quieter structured venue, with a high adult to
child ratio, where children are supported to build
self-esteem and have fun. And, where appropriate,
enabling them to integrate in Fizz or Buzz
activities. Places are limited and only for children
aged 5 to 11 years with a mild/moderate diagnosis or
statement. |

PINK -
Ladies Day
A day of
treats for the lovely ladies of Sidcup! Free
afternoon workshops look at a range of topics
including, makeup, make the most of your body shape
and wardrobe and women’s health and fitness - stay
for as many as you like - they are timed to fit
around the kids clubs. In the evening ladies can
take time out, relax with music, entertainment,
pampering, stage activities, stalls, chocolate
fountain and more! |

Fun and challenges for all the Dads and Kids out

to relive a little of their youth - always a night

Outdoor
Stage
During
the afternoons, while the Kids Clubs, Inspiration
and over 60s Freedom Zone are running, the outdoor
arena offers “Park Life”. Whether you are just
enjoying the park, or waiting for your children’s
club to finish, enjoy a free cuppa and the delights
of the outdoor stage and free afternoon
entertainment. It’s all free, just turn up, grab a
seat and enjoy!

Action Teams
These
teams go out in the community serving local people;
painting and decorating rooms, working in local
schools, clearing rivers and parks, refurbishing
buildings ... the list goes on. Our teams also
support the Bexley park rangers on local projects.

Get together with the boys for an evening with great
food and inspiring stories and challenging words
from guest speakers. And, when boys get together,
there is bound to be some fun and games too!

The Chapel
A
welcoming and creative space open each day for you
to take time out during the event.
At 3pm there
is “Thought for the Day”, an opportunity to listen
to somebody sharing thoughts about life and
spirituality.
You are welcome to come and relax,
pray or just sit and think. |

The finest 2-on-2 action with trophies to win! Each
Sunday there is a football or basketball tournament,
get a team together and rise to the challenge -

tournaments.

Candlelit Couples Evening
Love is
in the air! Why not treat yourself and your partner
to a romantic night out with a candlelit dinner
courtesy of Lark in the Park. Great food, music and
entertainment. It's fun and it’s free, but you’ll
need to book. |

Fast moving,
fun packed and entertaining evenings for all the
family. A different theme each Saturday to entertain
all ages.

Adults

Each weekday afternoon, with your favourite craft
activities. Tutored workshops include Watercolour
Painting, Jewellery and Chefs tips. Book workshop
places at the Registration tent, or simply turn up
for all other activities. So, book the children into
the kids clubs and join us for some creative and
peaceful time out in INSPIRATION.
